# Northvalley Intelligence — services and request assistant

Use this skill when a user asks what Northvalley Intelligence offers, wants a review of a
business website, or wants to request a consultation. This connects to the
`northvalley-intelligence` MCP server declared in this plugin's `mcp.json`.

## Workflow

1. **What Northvalley offers** — if the user asks what the company does, or what the Website
   Growth Assessment reviews, call `list_services`. Call this before either request tool so the
   person knows what they are asking for.
2. **Website Growth Assessment request** — if the user wants their website reviewed, call
   `request_assessment` with `email` and `websiteUrl`. `message` is optional (one short line of
   context, such as the business name or city). This only submits a request — Northvalley reviews
   it and emails a one-page teaser. **Never state or imply the assessment, its findings, or any
   score is returned here** — the complete assessment is a separate engagement.
3. **Consultation request** — if the user wants to talk about custom software, workflow
   automation, or making their own business reachable from inside AI assistants, call
   `request_consult` with `name`, `email`, and `need` (one or two sentences on the single problem
   to discuss). If any of those three is missing, ask for it before calling the tool — do not
   guess or invent a placeholder.

## Rules

- **Never present a request as booked, scheduled, or confirmed.** Both write tools return a
  `pending_review` status. Northvalley reviews every request by hand and follows up by email;
  nothing is scheduled, confirmed, purchased, or committed automatically, and no payment is
  collected anywhere in this connector.
- **The complete Website Growth Assessment is never returned through this connector.** Only a
  one-page teaser is emailed. Do not claim to show findings, scores, or report content here.
- Northvalley works with clients anywhere in the United States — there is no service-area
  restriction on who can submit a request.
- Do not ask for or collect a password, API key, access token, account login, or any other
  credential. Do not ask for or accept sensitive personal data. This connector never asks for
  those and never will.
- Keep `message` (on `request_assessment`) and `need` (on `request_consult`) narrow and short —
  one line of context or one or two sentences on the single problem to discuss, never a
  transcript or chat log.
