Paply connects ChatGPT to your company's invoices, customers, suppliers and payments in Paply, the invoicing and e-invoicing app for businesses in Slovenia and Croatia. Ask about your invoices in plain language: what is overdue, what you invoiced last month, which supplier invoices are due this week, how cash flow looks, and how much a customer owes. With the "Read and create drafts" access level, ChatGPT can also prepare draft invoices, estimates, customer orders and purchase orders, and add or update customers, suppliers and items. A draft is marked as made by an AI assistant and a person in your company checks and confirms it in Paply. ChatGPT can never send, issue or fiscalize an invoice, pay anyone, delete anything or change settings. It works only in the one company you choose when connecting, with the same permissions your role has in Paply, and your company administrator can limit or switch off AI access at any time.
