Cost & access

PatchDesign.AI sells physical custom patches. The plugin never takes payment: order_link opens the user's design on patchdesign.ai, where they choose a quantity and pay through the site's own checkout (external checkout).

Declared limitations

  • No payment inside the chat. The plugin cannot charge a card or ship; the assistant should say so and at most offer the order link, where the customer pays on patchdesign.ai.
  • No account or data deletion. No tool deletes anything; the assistant should say it cannot do this from the chat and point to PatchDesign.AI support.
  • Unrelated request. No PatchDesign.AI tool should be called.

PatchDesign.AI designs custom patches for teams, troops, clubs, departments, events and brands. Describe the patch, or give it a logo or sketch URL, and in about 15 to 30 seconds it shows the design in the chat as a design card: the preview, its design reference, the patch type and size, and a button that opens the design on patchdesign.ai. Ask for changes in plain words and each change arrives as a new card; earlier versions stay as they were. Ask what a patch costs and it answers from the live production price table for embroidered, woven, chenille, printed and PVC patches, by size and quantity. When you want the patches made, it gives you a link that opens your design on patchdesign.ai with the type, size and quantity set, where you review the order and pay; nothing is ordered or charged from the chat. Previews carry a light PatchDesign.AI mark; the clean production file comes with the order. Each chat can generate up to ten designs before you connect a PatchDesign.AI account, which also saves your designs to the account.
