Description

Job portals, funding programmes, tender platforms and building authorities want one PDF in a set order, under a size limit, sometimes as PDF/A. This plugin checks your files first (encrypted, damaged, empty or too large), then converts Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument text, JPG and PNG files with faithful fonts and layout, puts everything into one PDF in your order with a bookmark per file and page numbers, and can add a cover sheet and a contents page. It compresses the pack to a target size and reports the size it reached, and it converts to PDF/A-2b and only reports conformance when the veraPDF validator passes the file. It also checks any PDF for PDF/A and explains each failed rule in plain language. Files are processed on our own servers in Germany and deleted after the request; the finished PDF is deleted after 60 minutes.
