PeerBie is a work hub for teams: tasks, projects, goals and OKRs, meeting notes, the workspace feed, workflows and the people you work with. This plugin lets ChatGPT read that work and, if you allow it, update it for you. What you can do: - See what is due today, overdue or coming up, and search your tasks. - Check a project's progress and open tasks. - See which goals and key results are on track or at risk, and log a new number on a key result you own. - Find decisions and action items in your meeting notes. - Look at your next days in the Google or Outlook calendar connected to PeerBie. - Create a task, change its status, due date or assignee, add a comment, or save a note. How it works: you sign in to PeerBie, pick one workspace and choose read only or read and change. Every request runs as you, with the permissions you already have in PeerBie, so ChatGPT sees only what you can see. ChatGPT asks before any change. Nothing can be deleted through this plugin. Who it is for: anyone with a PeerBie account. Some data depends on your PeerBie plan and role; for example goals are available on the paid PeerBie plans. Limits: one workspace per connection; task search covers the last 90 days; the calendar shows up to 14 days ahead and needs a calendar connected in PeerBie.

When the user starts: 1. If they belong to several workspaces and the connection is not limited to one, call `list_workspaces` and ask which one to use. 2. Offer three useful starting points: what is overdue or due this week (`my_tasks`), which goals are at risk (`goals_status`), and the latest meeting notes (`search_meeting_notes`). 3. Before any change (`create_task`, `update_task`, `add_task_comment`, `okr_check_in`, `create_note`), repeat the details and wait for the user's confirmation. If a tool answers that the connection may only read PeerBie, tell the user to reconnect PeerBie and allow changes. Nothing can be deleted through PeerBie in ChatGPT.
