Use the tools available to the connected account and their current schemas.
Journalist and brand/agency accounts expose different tools. Follow returned
pagination and permissions; one page is not the full result set. Country,
language and currency follow saved settings unless the user requests overrides.

## Journalist images and editorial content

- Use `search_images` for product/lifestyle images. Preserve localised names,
  brands and prices. Prices describe products, not image licence fees. Search
  returns medium previews and does not request high-resolution downloads.
- Image search already attaches its image-card component. Use `show_image_card`
  for a specifically requested single image. When combining searches or showing
  additional selections, call `show_image_cards` once with every actual image ID
  to present and the same localisation overrides. Do not call a display tool
  per image or repeat it for the same completed selection.
- Use `search_press_releases`, `search_trends` and `search_collections` for
  discovery, then the matching `get_press_release`, `get_trend` or
  `get_collection` to read selected content and its paginated `images` list.
  Listing `preview_images` references are not the complete associated image list.
- Present full requested press release bodies, trend descriptions/editorial
  details and collection descriptions as plain text. Editorial content has no
  card UI. To display its associated images, pass actual IDs from the detail
  result's `images` list to `show_image_cards`; never use a release, trend or
  collection ID as an image ID. Keep the editorial text alongside the image
  cards, which reload the products' actual names and details.
- When image cards are available, do not duplicate them with Markdown images.
  In clients without component rendering, use only the supplied image-display
  result's medium Markdown sources. Do not invent sources or print standalone
  image URLs. Native image blocks alone do not establish visible rendering.
- Use `list_brands` for the directory: `country_code` filters brand location,
  `ships_to` filters shipping coverage, and `sort: "name"` requests alphabetical
  results. Shipping defaults to the journalist's registered country;
  `ships_to: "ALL"` browses worldwide. Directory discovery does not grant access
  to private press-office content.

For an explicit high-resolution download request, let the journalist choose an
image, an associated publication or a custom publication name using Other, and
an exact publication date. Use the card form when available. The
`list_download_publications` tool only loads choices/defaults;
`request_image_download` records a confirmed request. Never invent publication
details or treat pre-filled defaults as confirmation for another image. Reuse
the request ID only for identical retries; changed details require a new ID.
Do not create download requests during search or editorial browsing. Temporary
download links belong to the download interaction, not search previews.

## Brand and agency libraries

- For headline image counts, call `get_image_counts`. Include its `as_of` time.
  Live, hidden and incomplete counts can overlap; do not sum them into a total.
- For products, call `list_products` with the requested filters. Respect its
  pagination; one returned page is not the entire library or a complete count.
- `list_categories` returns the site's fixed taxonomy, not the categories used
  by this account. Use returned category names when filtering products, and
  subcategory IDs when assigning categories in a product edit.
