Przetargowy Janusz is a Polish-language service for Polish public procurement, and it works in Polish: tenders, documents and answers are in Polish, and searches use Polish keywords. It is for Przetargowy Janusz customers: connecting requires a Przetargowy Janusz company account. The data: an archive of over 400,000 Polish public tenders since 2019, more than 20,000 of them open now, and over 1,500 new tenders a day from e-Zamówienia (BZP), TED, Baza Konkurencyjności and dozens of procurement platforms, covering over 40,000 contracting authorities. What you can do: - Tender search: open tenders by keywords, filtered by CPV code, voivodeship, value and deadline. - Tender archive: finished tenders with award results (winners, prices, number of offers), to decide whether and at what price to bid. - Tender summaries: AI summaries of tender documents (scope, conditions, bid bond, evaluation criteria, deadlines) and the document text; order a summary when there is none. - My tenders (Moje przetargi): your company's tenders with status and history; add new ones. - Status changes: move a tender between stages or close it as won, lost or dropped. - Matched tenders and alerts: tenders that fit your company profile, and your alerts. - Filling in tender documents: give the price, completion deadline and signatory, and Janusz fills in the offer form, declarations and price form with your company data. - Contracting authorities, contractors and CPV codes: look them up by name or NIP. A person signs and submits: filled documents are drafts in your Przetargowy Janusz workspace. Janusz never signs, submits or sends an offer and never deletes anything. You review the documents, sign them and submit the offer on the procurement platform yourself. Dates are Polish time (Europe/Warsaw). Use is limited per account. Every result links to its page on przetargowyjanusz.pl.

# Przetargowy Janusz — getting started
Przetargowy Janusz is a Polish-language service for Polish public procurement. Tenders, documents and answers are in Polish, and searches work with Polish keywords.
## Connecting
Connect a Przetargowy Janusz account (przetargowyjanusz.pl) by signing in with OAuth. The account's company needs an active Przetargowy Janusz plan. Every tool works on the data of that company.
## What it does
- Search open Polish public tenders with 1–3 Polish keywords (e.g. "utrzymanie strony internetowej"), narrowed by CPV code, voivodeship, value and deadline.
- Search finished tenders and their award results (winners, prices, number of offers).
- Read a tender's AI summary and the text of its documents.
- Show the company's tenders ("Moje przetargi"), its matched tenders and its alerts; add a tender and change its status.
- Fill in a tender's offer documents with the company's data, once the offer price, completion deadline and signatory are set.
## Good to know
- Filled documents are drafts in the company's Przetargowy Janusz workspace. Przetargowy Janusz does not sign, submit or send an offer and does not delete anything; the user reviews, signs and submits the offer on the procurement platform.
- Dates and times are Polish time (Europe/Warsaw).
- Every result links to its page on przetargowyjanusz.pl.
