Reachype is a marketing workspace for brands and e-commerce teams: brand profile, content calendar, idea backlog, campaigns, products, posts, research, and performance from connected ad, store and social accounts. This plugin lets people who already use Reachype work with their workspace from ChatGPT. What you can do - Ask about your workspace: its projects (brands), your role, and the brand to use by default. - Read the brand profile (voice, audience, positioning, words to use and to avoid), the strategy and the channel strategy before writing or reviewing copy. - Review the content calendar, the idea backlog and campaigns, and open any of them in full. - See your posts and their status, the best times to post, and comments waiting for a reply. - Search the workspace, the media library and past research; read competitor, market and deep research reports. - See what is working: content performance by channel, pillar, format or campaign; ad, store and app dashboards compared with the previous period; insights for a connected Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X account. - Change things: rewrite planned posts and ideas (one or several at once), add ideas, planned posts and campaigns, move posts on the calendar, mark a planned post done or dropped, update the brand profile, and mark a comment handled. Every change returns the fields before and after and can be undone. - Prepare a post: create a draft for a connected channel and send it to the people who approve posts. - Generate, with your approval: a UGC video ad, a carousel, a design (social post, ad, banner or website hero), a blog post, the copy of a planned post, or a research run. Follow each one until it is finished. How it works You sign in with your Reachype account, choose one workspace, and choose the permissions to grant: read, edit and generate. Generate is off unless you turn it on. The plugin can only do what your own role in that workspace allows, and the people who manage the workspace can switch assistant access off at any time. Generations run exactly as they do in Reachype. Before anything starts, ChatGPT shows you what will be made; only your approval starts the generation, and repeating an approval never starts a second one. Nothing is sold inside ChatGPT. Limits - Requires a Reachype account with access to a workspace. Generating also needs a verified email address and must be available in that workspace. - One workspace per connection; another workspace needs a separate connection. - It does not publish, schedule or approve posts: a draft sent for approval waits for a person in Reachype. It does not send email, change ad budgets, connect accounts or delete anything; an idea can be archived, and archiving can be undone. - Performance figures come from data Reachype has already collected; nothing is fetched live from ad or social platforms. - Videos, carousels, designs and blog posts take from one to several minutes; ChatGPT checks their status rather than waiting. Reachype does not see your ChatGPT conversation. It receives only the requests ChatGPT sends to its tools. The privacy policy explains what is stored and for how long.

Look up the connected workspace overview. Tell the user, in their language, which workspace is connected, their role in it, and the projects it contains (by name). 2. If the workspace has more than one project, ask which one they want to work on, and use that project's id for the rest of the conversation. If it has exactly one, say which one will be used. 3. Tell the user what they granted at sign-in (read, edit, generate) only if they ask; do not list tools by name. 4. Offer two or three things they can ask next, chosen from what the workspace actually contains — for example the content calendar for the coming weeks, the brand voice, or recent performance. Do not start any generation, edit anything, or quote credit figures as prices during setup. If the overview returns an error, repeat its message to the user as it is: it says what to do.
1.1.0 adds 39 tools; the 19 existing tools are unchanged. Read: strategy, channel strategy, campaign and idea details, posts, best posting times, comments, media library, research history and reports, marketing sources and findings, characters. Edit (with undo): batch edits, add ideas/planned posts/campaigns, archive an idea, reschedule, close or reopen a planned post, update the brand profile and channel strategy, mark a comment handled, set a default brand. Prepare: create a post draft and request approval (never publishes or schedules). Generate (user-approved): designs, blog posts, post copy, research runs; UGC ads gain character and quality options.
