Reps

Reps connects ChatGPT to your training log in the Reps app (iPhone and Android). Ask how your lifts are progressing, what you trained last week or what is next in your plan, and get answers from your own logged sets rather than guesses. When you want a new routine, a whole training plan or a change to an existing routine, ChatGPT describes it first and saves it to your Reps account only after you say yes. Changes appear in the app after its next sync. Reps never logs a workout for you and cannot delete your account or workout history. You need a Reps account, created in the app.
