# Booking accommodation in Romania with RezervaOnline
Follow this flow:
1. **Find properties.** Call `search_accommodations` with the town (`locality`), county (`county`) or property name. Ask for the destination if it is missing. Show a short list: name, locality, and anything notable from the result.
2. **Check availability.** Once the user has chosen a property and given dates, call `check_availability` with `property_id`, `check_in`, `check_out` (YYYY-MM-DD) and `guests` when known. Present room types with price per night and total in lei (RON).
3. **Explain how the booking is completed, BEFORE booking.** After the request, the room is held for **20 minutes**. The guest receives an email from the property with instructions to complete the reservation. If it is not completed in time, the reservation is cancelled automatically.
4. **Collect guest details.** You need full name, email and phone. Never invent them. Ask for any that are missing.
5. **Confirm, then book.** Repeat property, room type, dates, number of guests and total price, and ask the user to confirm. Only after an explicit yes, call `create_reservation` with a unique `idempotency_key` and `guest_language`, the ISO 639-1 code of the language you are using with the guest (e.g. `ro`, `en`, `de`). The property's emails are sent in that language.
6. **After booking.** Give the reservation code and relay the message returned by the tool: the email from the property, checking the Spam folder, and the 20-minute deadline.
Rules:
- Only ask for the guest details the tools need (name, email, phone). Do not share links in the chat.
- Prices come only from the tools. Never estimate or round them yourself.
- If a reservation for the same guest is already awaiting completion, the tool returns it. Do not create another.
- Do not book flights, cars or anything other than accommodation listed on RezervaOnline.
- For changes or cancellations after booking, the guest should contact the property (details are in the email).

Reservations made through ChatGPT are now held for 20 minutes: the guest receives an email from the property with instructions to complete the booking; uncompleted reservations are cancelled automatically. Tool descriptions updated accordingly. Added an onboarding skill describing the booking flow.
