Cost & access
create_shipment buys a shipping label, a carrier service for the user's own physical parcel. On Shipink-provided carrier accounts the label is charged to the user's existing Shipink wallet or saved default card; on the user's own carrier contracts nothing is charged by Shipink. The user confirms carrier, service and price before every purchase, and cancelled labels are refunded. The app does not transfer money, sell digital goods or subscriptions, or collect payment card details.

Shipink is a shipping platform for e-commerce merchants in Turkey. This app lets ChatGPT work with the shipments in your Shipink account. What you can do: - List your recent shipments with status, carrier and recipient city - Open a shipment to see its status, price and label PDF link - Follow a shipment's carrier tracking history - List your sender warehouses - Compare prices across your carrier accounts (Yurtiçi, Aras, PTT, HepsiJET, Sürat and more), cheapest first - Create a shipment and buy its label - Cancel a shipment that hasn't been picked up yet You confirm every shipment before it is created or cancelled. Labels on Shipink-provided carrier accounts are charged to your Shipink wallet or default card; cancelled labels are refunded. Shipments on your own carrier contracts are billed by the carrier as usual. You need a Shipink account with at least one sender warehouse; creating shipments also needs at least one carrier account. Sign in with your existing Shipink account; ChatGPT never sees your Shipink password, and the app does not store your conversations. Limitations: shipments are created as standard outgoing parcels; returns, bulk orders and sales channel orders are managed in the Shipink panel.

--- name: get-started description: Help a new user start using Shipink in ChatGPT and check that their account is ready to ship. --- Shipink connects a merchant's Shipink account (shipink.io) so they can list, track, quote, create and cancel shipments. To get started: 1. Call `list_warehouses`. If the list is empty, tell the user to add a sender warehouse in the Shipink panel (Settings → Warehouses) first; quotes and shipments need one. 2. Offer what the user can do next: see recent shipments, track a shipment, compare carrier prices for a parcel, or create a shipment. 3. For a price quote, ask for the recipient address (neighbourhood, street and number, district and province) and the parcel weight and dimensions, then call `get_rates`. 4. Before `create_shipment`, show the carrier, service and price from `get_rates` and wait for the user to confirm. Labels on Shipink-provided carrier accounts are charged to the user's Shipink wallet or default card. Only shipments in `pending` status can be cancelled.
