Description

From the marketplace listing

Sito helps parents of babies and young children with two everyday questions, right inside ChatGPT. How to serve a food at your child's age. Ask about any of 583 foods and Sito shows its serving card for your child's age: a photo of each way to cut or prepare it, the choking rule, warnings, common allergens and iron. "See all ages" shows how serving changes from 6 months to 5 years. When a food is not right yet, such as honey before age 2, the card says so first, with the reason. How often a packaged food fits a child's diet. Ask about a snack, cereal, pouch or drink by name or barcode, and Sito shows its KidScore from 0 to 100 with a frequency band (Everyday, Most days, Sometimes, Once in a while, Rarely) and what drives it: added sugars, sodium, saturated fat, fiber, protein, additives, ultra-processing and the allergens on the label. The food guidance comes from public health sources such as the AAP, CDC and NHS, and each card names its sources. Product data comes from Open Food Facts. Sito gives general information, not medical advice: for allergies, reactions or growth concerns, talk to your child's doctor, and always stay with your child while they eat. No account is needed, and Sito keeps nothing that identifies you. Sito is also an app for iOS and Android that tracks what your child eats.

Competitor profile

From the developer’s listing and package; capabilities are not independently tested. Package observed Nov 3, 2026.

Declared capabilities

  • Show how to cut and serve 583 first foods at a child's age, with photos
  • Say when a food is not right yet for the child's age, and why
  • Show choking risks, warnings, common allergens and iron for each food

Declared limitations

  • A question unrelated to feeding children: the plugin should not be called.
  • A medical question: Sito gives food guidance only, so it should not act; ChatGPT should point to a doctor.
  • A purchase: Sito does not sell or order anything, so it should not act.
