Cost & access

Starcovery sells nothing in ChatGPT and links to no checkout page. Searches past the daily allowance, the first reveal of a creator's contact, and a private campaign use prepaid credits the organization already holds; credits are bought on the Starcovery website. Campaign funding and creator payouts run through the Starcovery team by invoice, and no tool moves money.

Declared limitations

  • API keys are credentials, and a ChatGPT connection cannot manage them. create_api_key and list_api_keys refuse an OAuth caller with "forbidden: only a browser session or a Settings API key can manage API keys". Expected: the assistant shows no key and points to Settings on the Starcovery website.
  • Starcovery sells nothing inside ChatGPT. No tool buys credits, and get_credits reads the balance without starting checkout. Expected: the assistant states the balance, says credits are bought on the Starcovery website by an organization owner or admin, gives no checkout link, and starts no purchase.
  • No tool moves money. request_campaign_funding records a funding request that the Starcovery team invoices, and the team pays creators. Expected: the assistant declines to transfer money and explains how campaign funding and payouts work.

Starcovery finds Instagram and TikTok creators from a brief and ranks each one by fit score, with follower counts and recent videos. In ChatGPT you can search, refine a search in a thread, save creators to a List, reveal a creator's published contact address, and run a campaign: create it, add matches, set the contract, request the proposal send, and request funding. Starcovery is for brands and agencies that hire creators, and it needs a Starcovery account. The Starcovery team sends the proposals, invoices campaign funding, and pays creators; no tool sends mail or moves money by itself.
