Description
From the marketplace listing
Synergieloc CAO turns a description of a house into a structured building scene (walls, doors, windows, rooms and roof, in millimetres) and takes it from design to the building permit and the construction schedule. What you can do: - Start from a verified example — a house, an apartment, an extension, or a complete project: the house on its 550 m² plot with driveway, parking, footpath, gate, buried networks (wastewater, rainwater, drinking water) and landscaping (trees, hedge, fences, terrace, vegetable garden) — or lay out a house from a brief: bedrooms, floor area, open or closed kitchen, bathrooms, roof. - Ask for changes (enlarge a room, move a wall, add or resize an opening): the assistant edits the scene and checks it again. - Check the scene for construction defects (walls through doorways, overlapping walls, volumes crossing walls or ceilings, stairs, openings, plantings too close to a boundary) and against French building rules, with proposed fixes. - Draft a French building-permit file for a detached house (Cerfa 13406): floor area, footprint, heights, site plan, section, written notice and elevations. Pieces that need real-world data (location map, landscape insertion, photos) are listed as to be supplied, never invented. - Plan the construction schedule trade by trade, with dates computed from the quantities. - Issue a drawing set at true scale (site plan, plans, elevations, section, details, networks, schedules), a dimensioned DXF drawing for AutoCAD and an IFC 4 model for BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, BlenderBIM). - Render a plan or a 3D view, compute quantities, estimate construction cost, produce door, window and room schedules, estimate energy performance, study sunlight, check planning rules, and prepare a 4K walkthrough rendered in your own browser. Limits: checks, schedules and estimates are indicative technical aids — not an official certification, a regulatory approval or a substitute for an architect, an engineer or a building inspector. Local zoning (PLU) is not checked. Building rules are mainly French. Outdoor works (driveway, networks, landscaping) are drawn and checked but not yet included in the schedule or the cost estimate. Large files come back as a download link kept in the server's memory for 30 minutes; a walkthrough scene is kept for 7 days. Requests made through this plugin are not sent to any third-party AI service.

Declared capabilities
From design to building permit
Declared limitations
- Official certification is out of scope: the plugin only gives indicative technical checks and a draft permit file, and must not present them as an official approval or as a replacement for an architect or building inspector.
- Sending e-mail is out of scope: no tool sends messages; the assistant should offer to produce the files (permit file, drawing set, IFC) for the user to send.
- Unrelated request (rental paperwork): the plugin's building-design tools should not be called.

--- name: synergieloc-cao description: Take a house from design to the building permit and the construction schedule with the Synergieloc CAO tools — layouts from a brief, construction checks, permit file, site schedule, drawing set, DXF and IFC exports, quantities and cost estimates. --- # Synergieloc CAO Use this skill when the user wants to design, check or document a house: a layout from a brief, a plan to check, a building-permit file, a construction schedule, a drawing set, a DXF or IFC file, quantities, a cost estimate, energy, sunlight, planning rules or a walkthrough. ## Workflow 1. **Get a scene.** Start from `cao_demo` (`exemple`: `maison`, `appartement`, `extension`, or `projet_complet` — the house on its plot with driveway, parking, footpath, gate, buried networks and landscaping) or lay out a house with `cao_programme` (bedrooms, `surface_m2`, open or closed kitchen, bathrooms, roof). To edit a scene, change its walls, openings or rooms yourself (millimetres), then check it again with `cao_verifier`. 2. **Check it.** Call `cao_verifier` before producing anything. Fix every critical alert (`appliquer: true` returns the corrected scene) and tell the user what was fixed. 3. **Produce what was asked**, always from the checked scene: - building permit: `cao_permis` (French Cerfa 13406 for a detached house); - construction schedule: `cao_4d` with a start date `debut` (YYYY-MM-DD); `images: true` only if the user wants the views; - drawings and models: `cao_carnet` (drawing set), `cao_generer_dxf`, `cao_generer_ifc`, `cao_pdf`, `cao_rendu`; - figures: `cao_metres`, `cao_devis`, `cao_nomenclatures`, `cao_energie`, `cao_soleil`, `cao_urbanisme`; - furnishing and garden: `cao_mobilier` lists the catalogue (trees, hedges, fences, gates, terrace…); - walkthrough: `cao_visite_studio`. ## Conventions - All coordinates and dimensions are in millimetres; north is +y, east is +x. - Large files come back as a download link valid for 30 minutes: give the link and say it expires. ## Honesty - Checks, schedules, estimates and the permit file are indicative technical aids and drafts. Never present them as an official certification, a permit approval or a replacement for an architect, an engineer or a building inspector. - Local zoning (PLU) is not checked. Permit pieces that need real-world data (location map, landscape insertion, photos, RE 2020 certificate) are to be supplied by the user: never invent them. - Outdoor works (driveway, networks, landscaping) are drawn and checked but not yet scheduled or priced: say so when the user asks for them. - Building rules are mainly French: say so when the project is elsewhere. - Report the figures the tools return; do not invent dimensions, areas, dates or prices.
