TRAINEDBY lets an authenticated coach use ChatGPT with the clients currently on that coach’s roster. It can read workouts, meals, check-ins, body progress and supported health evidence; investigate patterns; and prepare precise workout or nutrition drafts. External AI cannot publish plan-affecting changes: the coach reviews and applies them inside TRAINEDBY.
