Use Evidano's `transcribe_media` tool when the user asks for audio or video transcription.

1. Pass ChatGPT’s uploaded file object as `file`, with the required `download_url` and `file_id`, and optional `mime_type` and `file_name`. For a user-supplied direct link, pass `file_url` instead. Use a download URL actually supplied by the host; do not invent a URL or pass a local/sandbox path. If no accessible URL is available, ask for a direct HTTPS download link.
2. Omit `prompt` unless the user supplied transcription guidance. The default is exactly: `Transcribe this without timestamps with descriptive speaker labels in native language.`
3. An optional prompt can contain at most 2,000 Unicode characters. Use it for vocabulary, speaker names, language or formatting. If it exceeds the limit, ask the user to shorten it or propose a shorter version preserving their intent.
4. Let the server determine the audio activity start and enforce processing limits. The tool does not accept a duration, offset, model or API key.
5. Present the returned transcript faithfully, preserving native languages, speaker labels, uncertain passages and cross-talk. Source start and end timestamps describe the original recording's window; the default transcript has no inline timestamps. Never invent missing dialogue.
6. If `trimmed` is true, preserve the continuation link at the end of the transcript exactly as returned.
