Declared limitations

  • A general knowledge question about a country's capital and population has nothing to do with Transica, so ChatGPT shouldn't call either tool and answers the question normally.
  • Ordering food is not something Transica does: its tools only assess web page AI readiness and check MCP servers against directory rules, and they can't place or pay for orders, so ChatGPT should say it can't order and point the person to Domino's own ordering app or website.
  • Transica's tools only run readiness and directory checks and can't manage or change an account, so ChatGPT shouldn't call them and should point the person to Transica's password-change or reset flow.

Description

From the marketplace listing

Transica checks how ready a website or an MCP server is for AI assistants. Two read-only tools: Scan a web page for AI readiness. Give it a public web address and it reads the page the way an AI tool would, then returns a score out of 100, the checks that passed and failed, the top fixes and a link to the full report. It looks at crawler access, whether the content is readable without JavaScript, headings, structured data, links, form labels and more. Check an MCP server against directory rules. Give it a public MCP server address and it reads the server signed out, without ever calling the server's tools, and reports check by check how it measures up to the published ChatGPT and other directory requirements, such as HTTPS, tool annotations, tool descriptions and sign-in metadata, with a link to the full report. Both tools only read public pages and servers. They change nothing, need no account and never ask for passwords or personal data.

# Transica

AI readiness and MCP checks

## Tools that read

- `scan_webpage_ai_readiness`: Returns a readiness score, passed and failed checks, category results, top fixes, limitations, and a report link for one public webpage. Use it when someone asks whether a webpage is accessible and usable by AI agents; for checking an MCP server's directory compliance, use check_mcp_server_directory_rules instead. Pass url to scan the page directly, or use the reportUrl to revisit the detailed results.
- `check_mcp_server_directory_rules`: Returns server details, tool counts, directory-specific results, individual checks, and a full report link after connecting to a public remote MCP server and reading its tool list without calling tools. Use it when someone asks whether an MCP server meets ChatGPT or Claude directory requirements; for scanning a regular webpage's AI readiness, use scan_webpage_ai_readiness instead. Pass url as the public MCP server address to check its connection, sign-in, domain, and tool rules.

## Example requests

- Check the MCP server at https://mcp.context7.com/mcp against the directory rules
- Is https://example.com ready for AI agents? What should I fix first?
- Scan https://transica.dev for AI agent readiness
