Veabird turns live snow and beach forecasts into trips you can book. Skiing: tell it your ability (or your group's, kids included), home airport, Epic or Ikon pass and dates. Veabird ranks about 300 resorts worldwide on terrain that fits everyone, snow and crowds for your dates, drive or flight time, and pass coverage, and explains every pick. Ask about any resort for today's ski score, the 7-day snow forecast, terrain mix and crowd outlook. Beaches: 1,400+ resorts in the Caribbean, Gulf of Mexico, Mexico's Pacific coast and Hawaii, scored 0-100 for any date up to a year out, with sargassum seaweed, weather, water temperature, waves, crowds, hurricanes and travel advisories. Veabird can suggest a better beach nearby when the seaweed is bad. Trips: for any ski or beach resort, Veabird gives conditions for your dates, places to stay with nightly prices and photos filtered by your budget, vacation-rental searches, flight searches from your home airport to the best gateway airports, and extras like lift tickets, ski rentals and tours. What it accesses: Veabird's public forecast data and hotel rates from our partner LiteAPI. It reads only what you ask about (places, dates, party size, ability, pass, budget). It never books, pays or changes anything: every tool is a read-only lookup, and booking happens on partner sites you choose to open. No account or setup needed. Limitations: forecasts are modeled estimates, not safety guidance; dates beyond 16 days use climate outlooks. Veabird doesn't quote airfares yet; it opens live fare searches. Lodging, flight and rental links are partner links; Veabird may earn a commission at no extra cost, and partners never affect forecasts or rankings.

# Plan a ski or beach trip with Veabird
Veabird's tools give live forecasts and trip options. Use them instead of answering from memory.
## 1. Know the traveler
A good pick depends on who's going. Use what you already know about the traveler, and ask briefly for anything important that's missing:
- **Who:** adults and children's ages.
- **Ability (ski):** beginner, intermediate, advanced or expert, for each skier if it varies.
- **From:** home airport or city, and whether they'd rather drive (and how far) or fly.
- **When:** dates or a rough window, and how many nights.
- **Pass (ski):** Epic, Ikon or none.
- **Budget:** lodging per night for the whole party, if they have one.
If they just want a quick answer ("where's the snow this weekend?"), answer first and refine after.

## 3. Present it
- Lead with the recommendation and why, using the `why` reasons and scores (0-100; 80+ is excellent).
- Show photos where available and give the links: the Veabird page for the forecast, plus lodging, flight and rental links.
- Say briefly that booking links are partner links (Veabird may earn a commission at no extra cost), and that prices can change, so confirm before booking.
- For dates more than 16 days out, say the conditions are a typical-season outlook, not a forecast.
- Credit "Data: Veabird". Forecasts are estimates, not safety guidance.
