name: contact-lookup
description: Find a Vixiees contact and explain what has happened with them — stage, calls, WhatsApp and email messages, tasks, comments. Can leave an internal comment or set a reminder. Use when the user names a person, phone number or email and asks about them.
---

# Contact lookup

## Steps

1. Find the contact with `search_contacts_tool` using the name, phone or email the user gave. If several match, list them (name, phone, current stage) and ask which one.
2. Call `get_contact_tool` for the contact's current playbook, stage and fields.
3. Call `get_contact_feed_tool` (default limit 20) for the recent timeline. If the user asks about something specific ("did they reply on WhatsApp?", "what did they say about price?"), use `search_contact_feed_tool` instead.

## Output

- One line: who they are, which playbook and stage they're in, and since when.
- A short timeline of the most recent meaningful events, newest first. Skip system noise.
- What's next: open tasks or reminders on this contact, if any.
- Answer in the language the user wrote in.

## Writing

- To leave a note for the team, use `create_contact_comment_tool`. Show the user the exact text and confirm before posting.
- To follow up later, use `create_reminder_tool`. Confirm the date and time with the user first.
- Don't move contacts between stages or change their fields from this skill.

name: pipeline-review
description: Summarize how a Vixiees playbook is performing over a period — new, won and lost contacts, stage movement, and pending tasks. Use when the user asks how their pipeline, playbook, funnel or leads are doing, or wants a weekly/daily summary.
---

# Pipeline review

Give the user a short, numbers-first summary of one playbook.

## Steps

1. Pick the playbook. Call `list_playbooks_tool`. If there is exactly one, use it. If there are several and the user didn't name one, ask which — list them by name.
2. Pick the period. Default to `last_7_days` unless the user said otherwise ("this month", "yesterday", a date range → `custom` with `start_date`/`end_date`).
3. Call `get_dashboard_overview_tool` with the playbook and period for new, active, won and lost contacts and the 30-day trend.
4. Call `get_dashboard_status_transitions_tool` to see which stages contacts moved into and out of.
5. Call `get_dashboard_pending_tasks_tool` with `breakdown: "by_type"` to show where work is piling up.

## Output

- Lead with 3–4 headline numbers (new, won, lost, pending tasks) and the change versus the trend.
- Then one short paragraph on where contacts are getting stuck — the stage with the most entries and the fewest exits.
- Then the task types with the most pending tasks.
- Answer in the language the user wrote in.

## Rules

- Contacts are mostly consumers who expect a fast reply, often on WhatsApp. Frame bottlenecks around response speed and follow-up, not meetings or large deals.
- Tasks are assigned automatically by Vixiees. Never suggest reassigning tasks between agents.
- Don't invent numbers. If a tool returns no data for the period, say so and offer a longer period.

name: team-performance
description: Show how the Vixiees sales team is performing — leaderboard, activity, and progress against sales goals. Use when the user asks who is performing best, how the team is doing against target, or for a team activity report.
---

# Team performance

## Steps

1. Pick the playbook with `list_playbooks_tool` (ask if there are several and the user didn't name one).
2. Call `get_dashboard_leaderboard_tool` for the team ranking over the requested period (default `last_7_days`).
3. If the user asks about one agent, resolve them with `list_users_tool` and call `get_sales_dashboard_performance_tool` with their `user_id` for won, conversion rate, tasks and contacted. This tool covers one agent per call — don't loop it over the whole team.
4. If the user asks about targets, call `get_sales_dashboard_sales_goals_tool` with `start_date` and `end_date` (both required, ISO 8601) matching the period.
5. Use `list_teams_tool` only to resolve team names the user mentions.

## Output

- A compact table from the leaderboard: agent and results, plus goal progress when requested.
- One or two sentences on what stands out, e.g. an agent with high activity but few results, or a team behind its goal pace.
- Answer in the language the user wrote in.

## Rules

- Tasks are assigned automatically by Vixiees. Never suggest reassigning tasks or contacts between agents.
- Speed of first response to new leads matters most. Highlight it when the data shows it.
- Report what the data shows. Don't speculate about individual people's motives.
