Vraxeia helps Airbnb and Booking.com hosts and owners who live abroad go through AMA registration with AADE, civil liability insurance, the electrical declaration (ΥΔΕ), fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, emergency lighting, pest control, the first-aid kit, the bilingual emergency guide, air-conditioning and main-use space. For each requirement it returns the status, what to do next, who can help, the evidence to keep for inspections and official sources, plus how many extinguishers, smoke detectors and air-conditioning units the property needs. It can also explain any single requirement or the penalties. No personal details are needed and answers are not stored.
