Webtzm
Webtzm v1.0.1
Website forms to Google Sheets
From the developer
Declared capabilities
- Find forms
- Embed website forms
- Manage form settings
Cost & access
The plugin manages forms and delivery activity. It does not sell products, process payments, or manage Webtzm billing.
Declared limitations
- Read-only consent must prevent writes; expect insufficient_scope or a request to reconnect with write access, with no form created.
- A form outside the consent-selected workspace must remain inaccessible; a direct call should return form_not_found.
- An unapproved page origin must not be silently added to allowed sites or presented as ready for submissions.

Description
From the marketplace listing
Put a working form on any website, with every submission landing in your Google Sheet. Webtzm helps website owners and developers find existing forms, add their embed code to a site, create forms, update settings, and pause or activate forms. Connect with Google and choose one Webtzm workspace. Read-only access lets you inspect forms, get embed code, and check delivery activity; managing forms requires write access. The website's origin must be allowed by the form, and Google must be connected before creating a Sheet form. Recent submission activity contains delivery status, not submitted field values. This plugin cannot delete forms, manage billing, connect Google outputs, or retrieve credentials. Styling can change while the form's submission attributes stay intact.

--- name: add-webtzm-form description: Add an existing Webtzm form to a website using the connected workspace's embed code, while preserving the submission attributes and checking the page origin. --- # Add a Webtzm form to this site Use the Webtzm MCP connection to call `list_forms`, select the form the user requested, then call `get_form` and `get_form_embed_code`. If the choice is ambiguous, ask which form to use. If the connection is unavailable, direct the user to connect Webtzm; do not invent an endpoint or form identifier. Determine the deployed page's origin (scheme, host, and port) and compare it with the form's allowed sites. If the origin is unknown, ask for it. If it is not allowed, explain the required settings change. Update allowed sites only when the user requests that change and the connection has write access; preserve existing entries and use the latest `expectedRevision`. Insert the returned embed code into the requested site file. Keep the markup unchanged except for styling: preserve every `name` attribute, the hidden `_webtzm_form` input and its value, the submission action/method, required attributes, scripts, and Webtzm data attributes. Adapt classes, CSS, spacing, and accessible presentation to the site's existing design. Do not replace the submission handler or claim a form works on an unapproved origin. When file editing is unavailable, return the snippet and explain where to place it. Do not claim to have edited a website. Do not send a test submission unless the user authorizes it. Report the selected form, the page origin, and any remaining setup needed for delivery.
Release notes
Reviewer sign-in now happens inside the OAuth flow: the sign-in page that opens on Connect offers Google and the demo-account credentials, and the Terms are accepted on the consent page. No prior sign-in at another address is needed.
