Description
From the marketplace listing
Plan with your friends without leaving the chat. Ask what's on this weekend, catch up on what your group said about Saturday, RSVP, vote in a poll, or set up a BBQ at the park - Woosh does it in your account, the way you would in the app. You stay in charge. You pick what the assistant may do when you connect, and you can disconnect it any time under Settings -> AI assistants. It never sees your friends' phone numbers, and it sees places by name only unless you allow exact location when you connect. Who can see where you are is still decided in Location privacy, never by the assistant.

catch-up1.47 KB
--- name: catch-up description: Use when the user asks what they missed in Woosh, what is new, or what needs an answer from them - unread chats, mentions, friend requests, invitations and plans coming up. Reads only, and sums up instead of listing everything. --- # Catch up on Woosh 1. Start with the numbers: `get_unread_counts` for unread chats, activity and notifications, and `get_feed_summary` for what is new in the feed since the user last looked. 2. Read what needs the user first. Use `list_notifications` for mentions, reactions, join requests and invitations, and `list_friend_requests` for people waiting on an answer. 3. Then the chats with something unread: find them with `list_chats` and read the busiest few with `read_chat`. Reading a chat marks it read, as opening it in the app would, so say which chats you read. 4. Look ahead with `list_events`: what is coming up in the next days, and which invitations still have no answer. 5. Answer in a few short lines, most important first: what needs a reply, then what was decided, then what is coming up. Do not paste whole conversations. Times in the results are UTC: give them in the user's time zone. 6. Offer the next step (reply, answer an invitation, accept a friend request), and only do it when the user asks. Anything other people will see waits for the user's go. 7. If a tool is refused or not available, say so and tell the user where to see it in the Woosh app (`woosh_guide` says where). Do not try another way round it.
plan-a-night-out1.96 KB
--- name: plan-a-night-out description: Use when the user wants to get friends together in Woosh - tonight or on a later day. Picks between a shout for right now, a poll in a group chat when the day is still open, and an event with invitations when the plan is set. Confirms the place, the time and who it goes to before anything is sent. --- # Plan a night out in Woosh 1. Find out three things first, asking only for what the user has not said: when (right now, a known day, or still open), where (a place, or "somewhere nice"), and with whom (all friends, a group, or a few people). 2. Look the people up instead of guessing. Use `list_groups` for a group, `list_friends` or `search_people` for people. Use the names the results give. 3. Find the place with `search_places`. When the result offers a stub from Google with no Woosh id yet, pass its `sourceId` to `resolve_place` to get one. 4. Then pick the one way that fits: - **Right now or tonight, and the place is known:** a shout with `create_shout`. It goes out at once to the audience you pass (`friends`, `groupIds` or `friendIds`), and anyone in it can join. - **The day or the place is still open:** ask the group in its chat. Find the chat with `list_group_chats` or `list_chats`, and send a poll with `send_message` (its `poll` field), one option per day or place. Read the answers later with `read_chat`, then come back to the next step. - **The day and place are set:** create the event with `create_event` (the place as `placeId`), then invite people with `invite_to_event`. Use `get_event` to show it. 5. Before calling `create_shout`, `send_message`, `create_event` or `invite_to_event`, say exactly what will go out, when, where and to whom, and wait for the user to agree, unless your app already asks them to confirm each change. These reach other people's phones. 6. If a tool is refused or not available, say so and tell the user where to do it in the Woosh app (`woosh_guide` says where). Do not try another way round it.
plan-with-friends1.09 KB
--- name: plan-with-friends description: Use when the user wants to plan or catch up with friends in Woosh - upcoming events, RSVPs, what a group chat decided, polls, and shared expenses. Reads first, and confirms with the user before any change other people will see. --- # Plan with friends in Woosh 1. Start by reading. Use `list_events` for what is coming up, `get_event` for one event, `read_chat` for what a group said, `get_poll` for a vote, and `get_expense_ledger` for who owes what. 2. Name people and places the way the results do. Never ask for or repeat a phone number, and never guess someone's location: use places as the results give them. 3. Before a change other people will see (an RSVP, a vote, a message, a new event), say what you are about to do and wait for the user to agree, unless your app already asks them to confirm each change. 4. If a tool says the user has not allowed an action, tell the user and point them to Settings -> AI assistants in the Woosh app. If a tool is not available, tell them where to do it in the app (`woosh_guide` says where). Do not try another way round it.
weekly-household-reset1.53 KB
--- name: weekly-household-reset description: Use when the user wants to get their household's week in order in Woosh - what is on the agenda, which tasks are due, what to eat, and the shopping list that follows from it. Works on one of the user's private groups. --- # Weekly household reset in Woosh 1. Find the household. Use `list_groups` and pick the private group the user means. Ask when there is more than one and the user has not said which. 2. Get the picture with `get_group_overview`, then read the week: `get_group_agenda` for appointments and work days, `list_tasks` for what is due and who does it, and `get_group_menu` for the meals already planned. 3. Sum the week up in a few lines: busy days, tasks due or overdue, and meals still missing. 4. Fill the gaps the user asks for: - Meals: put dishes on the menu with `plan_meals`. Suggest dishes the group already has before new ones. - Shopping: put the planned dishes' ingredients on the list with `menu_to_shopping`, and add anything else with `add_shopping_items`. Check the list with `get_shopping_list`. - Tasks: add one with `create_task`, or change one (its day, who does it) with `update_task`. 5. Say what you are about to add or change and wait for the user's go, unless your app already asks them to confirm each change: the group's members see it. Days in the menu and tasks are calendar dates; times in the agenda are UTC, so give them in the user's time zone. 6. If a tool is refused or not available, tell the user where to do it in the Woosh app (`woosh_guide` says where).
