YoPeak brings the data from your connected wearables into ChatGPT, so you can ask about it in plain language. After you sign in to your YoPeak account and approve access, ChatGPT can read your sleep (stages, duration, efficiency), recovery (recovery score, HRV, resting heart rate), workouts (type, duration, strain, heart-rate zones), daily summaries, and periodic body metrics such as VO2 max and weight. Access is read-only. ChatGPT cannot change your YoPeak account or your connected wearables, and it only ever sees your own data. You can disconnect at any time from ChatGPT or from your YoPeak account. You need a YoPeak account with at least one wearable connected. Data shown is a description of your own measurements and is not medical advice.
