Your Next Tours is software for professional tour guides and tour companies: live audio for guided tours, tour programs, departures, guest feedback and a company website. This plugin connects ChatGPT to your own Your Next Tours account so you can run that work by chat. What you can do: - Plan tours: create and edit travel programs with day-by-day stops, info cards and covers, and tour templates with slides and schedule stops. - Run departures: create trips from a program, set dates and capacity, see how many spots are left, publish trips so they appear on your website, add or remove participants by name, and record stop status on the day. - Build your company website: get a checklist of what is missing, write content area by area (about, services, destinations, FAQ, tour listings, legal pages), upload photos, translate the site with AI and publish it at your own subdomain. The assistant asks about your business first and does not invent facts such as license numbers, addresses or reviews. - Understand your business: session and audience stats, guest ratings and trends. Who it is for: guides and tour companies that already use Your Next Tours. Sign-in uses your Your Next Tours account and you approve each permission on the consent screen. ChatGPT cannot read your participant list with contact details. Every response is limited to what the request needs: session statistics are returned as aggregate counts (no individual listener records), guest ratings carry no guest names, company lists show no email addresses, and diagnostic data is never returned. The data categories shared with ChatGPT are listed in the privacy policy under "AI Assistant Connections". Limitations: a Your Next Tours account is required, and website tools are available to company accounts with the website feature enabled. Live audio broadcasting runs in the Your Next Tours mobile app, not in ChatGPT. Messages and announcements to participants, team management, forms and support are handled in the Your Next Tours panel and app. Accepting the website terms and connecting a custom domain are done in the panel.
