Description
From the marketplace listing
A time zone converter and meeting planner that gets daylight saving time right. Convert time zones with a date: ask for 3pm PST on November 3 in Warsaw and Sydney, EST to IST, or New York to London, and Zovo Meeting Planner returns the same moment in every place with its UTC offset, abbreviation, a +1 day marker when the date changes, and the hour difference. It uses the full IANA time zone database, so it handles the weeks in March and October/November when the US and Europe change clocks on different dates (New York and London are 4 hours apart, not 5), half-hour and 45-minute zones such as India and Nepal, and Lord Howe Island's 30-minute daylight saving shift. When a clock change happens within 7 days, it says so. Times that do not exist (clocks spring forward) are explained and moved; times that happen twice (clocks fall back) show both. Time zone converter for meetings: give 2 to 8 places, a date or a range of up to 14 days, and a meeting length. The meeting planner ranks distinct slots by how many people are inside working hours and how early or late it is for the person worst off (night hours and days off count extra), and shows a 24-hour timeline per place with working hours shaded. When a time works for everyone, it shows the whole window of start times that keep everyone inside working hours and the other days with the same local times. When no time in your dates works for everyone, it finds the closest one in the following week. Set working hours per person, or work weeks such as Sunday-Thursday. Tap any hour to check another start time, and download a calendar (.ics) file for the slot you pick. Places can be any of about 500 cities, a city with its state or country (Portland, Maine), US states, countries, IANA zone names (Europe/Berlin), UTC offsets (UTC+5:30), or abbreviations like PST, CET, IST, AEST. Ambiguous abbreviations are flagged. Limitations: it does not read or write your calendar, check availability, or send invitations, and public holidays are not considered.

Declared limitations
- Question about why a state has no daylight saving time; no conversion is requested. Expected: ChatGPT answers from general knowledge and no Zovo Meeting Planner tool is called.
- Writing an email is not a time calculation and no places or times are given. Expected: ChatGPT drafts the email itself (or asks for details) and no Zovo Meeting Planner tool is called.
- Unit conversion is out of scope. Expected: ChatGPT answers directly (5 km = 3.11 miles) and no Zovo Meeting Planner tool is called.

# Zovo Meeting Planner
Use `convert_time` for "what time is X in Y" questions (time zone converter, PST to EST, EST to IST, New York to London).
Use `find_meeting_time` to plan a meeting across time zones or to see a team's working-hour overlap.
1. Always pass explicit dates as YYYY-MM-DD (resolve "next Tuesday" yourself). Offsets depend on the date.
2. Places can be cities ("Bangalore", "Portland, Maine"), IANA zones ("Europe/Berlin"), US states, countries, UTC offsets ("UTC+5:30"), or abbreviations ("PST", "CET"). Prefer the city the user named over an abbreviation.
3. For `find_meeting_time`, list the organizer first (their dates define the range), keep ranges to 14 days or less, and pass `work_start`/`work_end` or per-person `work_days` when the user mentions them.
4. Report the result's `status_note`, `difference_note`, `dst_note`, and `notes` to the user: they explain skipped or repeated times, clock changes within 7 days, and ambiguous abbreviations (IST, CST, AST, BST).
5. For meetings, lead with slot 1 and each person's local time. Mention `start_window` (every start in it works for everyone) and `also_on` (other dates with the same local times). If `has_full_overlap` is false and `next_full_overlap` is present, tell the user that closest time that works for everyone, just after their dates.
6. Share the `.ics` link for the slot the user picks. To get a calendar file for a different start, call `find_meeting_time` again with `selected_start_utc`.
Do not use these tools for questions about the history or politics of time zones, writing emails, booking travel, or unit conversion. They do not read calendars, check availability, send invitations, or account for public holidays.
