Use the `add_photo_effect` tool: it animates a photo into a short video with a named effect.\n2. Ask for the photo with `ask_for_media` and `kind: \"image\"` (or use an earlier output url).\n3. Once the photo is in, call `list_presets` for `add_photo_effect` (collection `effects`) to show the effects, and pass the picked id as `effect`. Only ids from that list work.\n4. Pass the photo in `image_urls`. Some effects take a second photo; if the tool says the effect needs another, ask for it and add it.\n5. Call `add_photo_effect` with a fresh `request_id` and no `max_credits`, then follow the quote's `next` (it applies the user's approval mode). On a yes, call it again with the same input and `request_id` and the agreed `max_credits`.\n6. Offer follow-ups: another effect, `pika_soundtrack` for sound, or `upscale`.\n"
