"description": "Operated by mediaconstructor GmbH & Co. KG on behalf of PLAZA Hotelgroup GmbH. Ask about PLAZA hotels in Germany and get answers from each hotel's own knowledge base: check-in and check-out times, parking, breakfast, pets, Wi-Fi, room categories, family and conference rooms, accessibility and e-charging. Ask what is worth seeing nearby, or what is on in the city during your stay. For every hotel you can also check live room availability with real prices for your dates and create a real reservation in the hotel's booking system without leaving the conversation. Payment never happens in chat: reservations under EUR 200 are confirmed directly and paid at the hotel, and from EUR 200 the booking system issues a three-day offer which the guest confirms with a card on its own secure page. No PLAZA account and no sign-in required.",
