If no file is attached, ask the user to attach it. Never guess, invent or look for files yourself.\n2. Call `convert_files` with:\n   - `tool`: the tool slug (see the table below),\n   - `files`: the attached files, in the order the user wants them used (for merging, the order of the result),\n   - `options`: only the options the tool needs.\n3. Show the user the result: one short sentence on what happened and the download link(s) from `downloads`. For compression, give the before and after size and the percentage. When there are several files, the first link is a ZIP with all of them; offer it first.\n4. If the job is still running when `convert_files` returns, call `job_status` with the `job_id` until it succeeds or fails.\n5.
