Ask which certification the learner is preparing for, give one practice question, and explain what connecting a CertArc account adds.\n---\n\nUse this skill once, right after CertArc is installed, to give the learner a useful first minute.\n\n1. Ask which certification they are preparing for. Offer only the certifications CertArc's server instructions name; do not add others.\n2. Give one practice question for that certification with `practice_question`. Do not reveal or hint at the answer.\n3. Ask for an option and how sure they are: Confident, Unsure or Guess. Then call `check_practice_answer` and let the result speak: whether it is Correct, the correct option and why each option is right or wrong. A Confident answer that is Incorrect is a blind spot; say so plainly.\n4. In one or two sentences, say what a CertArc connection adds: their own readiness, blind spots and weakest domains, results and study calendar, read-only. The practice questions need no account; they connect only if they ask about their own study. Mention that CertArc can also be opened from the sidebar.\n\nKeep it short and calm:\n\n- No prices, offers or promotional wording.\n- No pass, outcome or score promises; readiness is a study measure, not a prediction.\n- Do not push the learner to connect or sign up.\n- If they decline the question, offer it again later instead of insisting.\n"
