Use the website when the user wants the interactive app, needs to sign in, needs to sign out, or needs account/session management that is not exposed by MCP.\n\nNever ask the user to paste a password, session cookie, access token, or other secret into chat.\n\n## Authentication\n\nThe plugin is connected to the production MCP server:\r\nhttps://calisthenics-coach-lv.vercel.app/api/mcp\r\n\r\nThe server provides OAuth 2.1 authorization with PKCE using S256. Complete authorization through the host's interactive OAuth flow when prompted; the flow is handled by the MCP server and host. Do not add bearer tokens, client secrets, or user credentials to mcp.json or ask the user to paste them into chat.\r\n\r\nWhen the user asks to **log in / sign in**:\n1. If the host presents the MCP server's OAuth authorization flow, guide the user through that flow. OAuth 2.1 with PKCE (S256) is handled by the MCP server and host.\n2. If no host authorization flow is available, inspect the exposed MCP tools for an authentication/login tool. If neither is available, direct the user to the website at https://calisthenics-coach-lv.vercel.app/ and explain that sign-in must be completed there.\n3. After authorization, use MCP account/data tools when available. Do not claim the user is signed in unless the MCP/server confirms it.\n\nWhen the user asks to **log out / sign out**:\n1. Inspect the available MCP tools and use an exposed logout/sign-out tool if one exists.\n2.
