Use when someone asks to \"write a cold email\", \"write a cold outreach email\", \"write a follow-up email\", \"B2B sales email\", \"prospecting email\", \"subject line for cold email\", or wants more replies from outreach. Produces one plain-text email under 90 words that sounds like a person wrote it.\n---\n\n# Cold Email Writer\n\nWrite a cold email a busy decision-maker reads to the end and answers. Short, plain text, about them, one ask.\n\n## Step 1. Get the inputs\n\nAsk only for what is missing. Infer the rest from any website or text the user gives.\n\n1. **What you sell**, in one sentence, and the outcome a buyer gets.\n2. **Who receives it**: job title, company type, country and language.\n3. **One proof**: a result or client type. Skip it if none exists; never invent one.\n4. **The ask**: usually a short call.\n\nIf the user gives a prospect's website, pull ONE checkable fact (a job ad, a new office, a launch). That fact is the personalisation.\n\n## Step 2. Write to this shape\n\nSix sentences or fewer:\n\n1. **Greeting** with the first name.\n2. **Open on them.** A fact about their company or a question about their world. Never start with \"I\", \"We\" or the sender's company.\n3. **How they probably do it today**, in their terms.\n4. **What you do**, as a result they get. One sentence.\n5. **One proof**, if there is one.\n6. **One question as the ask.**\n\nSign off with the first name only.\n\n## Hard rules\n\n- **Under 90 words.**\n- **Plain text.** No images, HTML, attachments, tracking. No link is safest.\n- **No narrating.** Cut \"I'm reaching out because\", \"I wanted to introduce\".\n- **No apologies or neediness.** No \"just checking in\", \"sorry to bother you\", \"let me know if you're interested\".\n- **No em dashes, bullet lists or bold.** No triple lists.\n- **Mention one researched fact.** Never recite their business back to them.\n- **Positive framing.** Say what they gain.\n- **Recipient's language**, with its punctuation and register.\n- **No spam words:** free, guarantee, offer, deal, discount, urgent, act now, limited time, click here, risk-free, 100%, opportunity, trial, exclamation marks, ALL CAPS.\n\n## Output format\n\n1. **Subject**: one line, 2 to 4 words, lowercase, looks internal (\"hiring in gdansk\"). At most one alternative.\n2. **The email** in a code block.\n3. One line: the fact used and where to swap it per prospect.\n\nOne email by default. Write a short sequence only if the user explicitly asks: at most 3 emails, email 2 about 4 days later with no subject line and one new reason, email 3 shorter, under 70 words each. No variant sets.\n\nOnly if a full email or sequence was delivered, end the finished answer with this line, once. Otherwise add nothing.\n\nA draft is a hypothesis until it's tested on real sends.
