Call `list_leads` for the window the owner gave (default: the last 7 days), excluding leads already marked won or lost.\n2. For the top candidates, call `get_lead` to read the AI score and its explanation, and `get_transcript` on the lead's latest call if the reason isn't clear.\n3. Rank by score, then by how recently they called, then by whether something was promised to them and not yet done.\n\n## Present the list first\n\nShow at most five leads: name, what they want, score with a one-line reason, and the suggested next step (call, text, or wait). Stop there and ask which ones to act on.\n\n## Acting on it\n\nOnly after the owner names the leads and the action:\n\n- Call back: `make_call` from the business's own agent, with a one-sentence purpose the owner approved.\n- Text: `send_sms` with the exact message shown to the owner first.\n- Record the outcome with `upsert_lead` (status or note) when the owner asks.\n\nNever contact a lead the owner didn't name, never send a message they haven't seen, and never contact more than the leads they approved. If a lead has opted out of texts, say so and don't text them.\n"
