"long_description": "Find out what your rented property is worth, or find one that already pays rent, without leaving the conversation.\n\nTrackstone is a French real estate agency dedicated to rented properties: the property is sold with its tenant in place, and the lease simply continues with the new owner. The seller does not wait for the tenant to leave, and the buyer collects rent from day one.\n\nWhat you can do:\n- Value your rented apartment or house. Get a price range, the price per square meter and the gross yield your property offers a buyer, calculated from real comparable sales in your area (French public land registry, DVF), with a reliability score from 1 to 5.\n- Browse rented properties for sale. Tell ChatGPT your city, your budget and the gross or net yield you are aiming for: Trackstone shows matching listings with photos, price, rent and both yields, sorted by the yield that matters to you.\n- Read a city's market at a glance: price per square meter for apartments and houses, how prices have moved year after year, median rent and gross yield.\n\nFrom any result, one click takes you to Trackstone to open the detailed estimate, view the listing or talk to an advisor about your sale.\n\nMade for owners who want to sell a rented property in France, and for investors who want a property that earns rent from the first month.\n\nGood to know: France only. Estimates cover apartments and houses; they are indicative, not formal appraisals, and less precise where few sales exist. Search results only include properties published publicly on Trackstone. No account is required, and the plugin never makes offers or transactions on your behalf.",
