"description": "Tools for UK businesses importing from China. Look up the UK commodity code and duty rate for a product, with a flag when China-specific anti-dumping or countervailing duty applies. Estimate duty, import VAT and landed cost. See which UK rules apply (UKCA or CE, toy safety, food contact, UK REACH, packaging). Work out how many containers a load needs, compare sea and air freight on total cost, and find the latest order date before the Chinese New Year factory shutdown. You can also search Cambridge China Bridge's import guides and, when you want help buying from a Chinese factory, send an enquiry to Cambridge China Bridge, a UK sourcing company with its own staff in China. An enquiry is only sent after you have seen and confirmed the details.",
