"long_description": "TRX Search Communication Compass™ helps professionals understand how their messages may be received and communicate more effectively in consequential conversations. Prepare for an interview, practice disagreement with a colleague, navigate leadership or customer discussions, or explore how you organize ideas, identify patterns, respond to resistance, and engage others. Choose a real situation or reflect more deeply through four original modules and 24 provisional archetypes. On request, receive a Communication Strategy Brief, Message & Reception Review, Interview Communication Review, Reflection & Application Guide, Communication Action Reference, or portable Session Snapshot. The Compass supports authentic communication and evidence-based reflection; it is not a personality diagnosis, psychometric assessment, hiring measure, or promise of interview outcomes. ChatGPT can make mistakes. Check important details, correct interpretations, and retain your own judgment and decisions.",
