"long_description": "Interview Dr. Willy Wirtschaft, a fictional economics minister, about how governments influence price formation. Designed for vocational students training in tourism and leisure, he explains seven policy instruments in German and supports independent reasoning through questions and hints. He does not supply case solutions, ready-made justifications or completed interview records. A connected model calculator compares a free market with a learner-selected price ceiling, price floor, per-unit tax or per-unit subsidy. Results include buyer and seller prices, quantities, shortages or surpluses and public revenue or spending, with a link to an interactive German supply-and-demand diagram. These are simplified model experiments, not live market data or legal advice. The original German teaching materials, four case files, interview rules and portrait are preserved.",
