It cannot filter by charge holder, director or shareholder age, property ownership, or turnover. Zorro can, across the whole index rather than a ranked sample.\n\nFilters include registered charges, the lenders holding them and satisfaction status; ownership chains resolved to the ultimate owner, so one filter returns everything an owner controls; corporate shareholders; director and shareholder (PSC) age from Companies House date-of-birth data, either one officer or the whole board; registered land in England and Wales from HM Land Registry, with title count and freehold or leasehold tenure; share allotments, employees, SIC code and turnover.\n\nTurnover and profit for private UK companies are modelled estimates, not filed accounts, because most UK companies never file a profit and loss.
