"long_description": "Discover luxury property for sale on Spain's Costa del Sol with Aureic Properties. Search a selected public catalogue of villas, apartments and penthouses across Marbella, Benahavís, Nueva Andalucía, the Golden Mile, Estepona and nearby prime areas. Filter by published price, bedrooms, size, location, property type and lifestyle; browse published photographs; inspect official property records; compare up to four homes side by side; and send a deliberate, confirmed request for more information from a property's internal detail. Results preserve published asking prices, specifications, public source links and stored verification dates while clearly separating objective facts from Aureic's perspective. Enquiries collect only the contact data the user supplies, are retained for no more than 60 days and do not confirm live availability, schedule a viewing, reserve a property or process a payment. The service does not reveal private or off-market inventory, guarantee investment outcomes or replace legal, tax, financial, surveying or technical advice.",
