It answers from the benefits register, contracts, enrollment records and uploaded policy documents of the company connected to your account. Employees can also read their own enrollments and balances when their account permits it. It never changes records or moves money.\n\n## Connect\n\n1. Open Redii in ChatGPT and choose Connect.\n2. Sign in with your Redii account and pick the company to read.\n3. Allow access. Access follows your current Redii role; employees see their own enrolled modules, benefits administrators also see company-level data.\n\n## Good first questions\n\n- What are the benefits that we offer?\n- Which benefit contracts renew in the next 90 days, across all countries?\n- Which employees are eligible for Deferred Bonus but haven't enrolled yet?\n- What does our benefit policy say about eligibility?\n\n## What Redii will not do\n\n- Enroll, pay, approve or send anything.\n- Show another company's data or another member's salary or balances.\n- Give benefits, tax or legal advice; it reports what your company's records say.\n\nDisconnect any time in Redii under Settings → Account → My AI connections.\n"
