Use when the user wants flights, hotels, activities, insurance,\n deals, or price trends on Decolar. Do NOT use for non-travel tasks. Never\n date-scan flights by calling flight-search across many dates.\n---\n\n# Decolar travel (Vivi MCP)\n\nHelp the user find and start checkout for Decolar travel products using this\nplugin’s MCP tools. Prefer tool results and widgets over inventing inventory or\nprices.\n\n## When to activate\n\n- Flights, hotels, activities, travel insurance, flight deals, or fare trends\n- Checkout / “buy” / “comprar” for an offer already returned by a search tool\n\n## When NOT to activate\n\n- Non-travel questions (coding, general knowledge, other brands)\n- Requests to scrape Decolar.com or bypass MCP tools\n\n## Required inputs before search\n\nAsk for missing fields; do not guess cities, dates, or passenger counts.\n\n| Product | Must have before calling |\n|---------|--------------------------|\n| Flights (`flight-search`) | Origin, destination, **exact** departure date (and return date if round-trip), passengers |\n| Hotels | Destination, check-in, check-out |\n| Activities | Destination (and dates when the tool requires them) |\n| Insurance | Context from a prior eligible search / explicit trip details the tool needs |\n\nIf the user only has a **flexible** window (“sometime in March”, “cheapest week”),\ndo **not** invent dates and do **not** date-scan — use the allowed alternatives below.\n\n## Workflow\n\n1. Confirm product type and required inputs (see table).\n2. Call **one** appropriate MCP tool with complete arguments.\n3. Present the tool/widget output. Summarize briefly; do not invent offers.\n4. On buy/checkout: call `execute-product-action` with `actionId`, `userMessage`,\n and any `session.chatId` / `contextId` / `taskId` from the prior search result.\n5. Open or share the returned `redirectUrl` when present. Do not fabricate checkout URLs.\n\n### Tool map\n\n| Goal | Tool |\n|------|------|\n| Specific-date flights | `flight-search` |\n| Flexible date suggestions | `flight_flexible_search` |\n| Fare / price trends | `flight-price-trend` |\n| Deal map / inspiration | `flight-deals` |\n| Hotels | `search_hotels_on_destination` |\n| Activities | `search_activities_on_destination` |\n| Insurance | `search_insurances` |\n| Start checkout | `execute-product-action` |\n\n## Hard limits (must follow)\n\nLoad [references/hard-limits.md](references/hard-limits.md) when unsure. Summary:\n\n1. **No date scanning for flights.** Never call `flight-search` repeatedly while\n varying only dates to discover the cheapest day/week/month.\n2. **At most one `flight-search` per user turn**, unless the user explicitly asks\n to search a **different specific date** they named.\n3. **No parallel fan-out** of `flight-search` across a date grid.\n4. If dates are unknown or flexible → ask clarifying questions **or** call\n `flight_flexible_search` / `flight-price-trend` / `flight-deals` (**one** call),\n then let the user pick concrete dates before `flight-search`.\n5. Never invent prices, availability, airlines, or hotel inventory.\n6. Never scrape websites or call tools outside this plugin’s MCP for Decolar inventory.\n7. Never retry the same failing tool call in a tight loop; explain the error and ask how to proceed.\n\n## Output style\n\n- Be concise. Prefer the product widgets when the host shows them.\n- Use currency and cities as returned by tools.\n- If a tool returns no results, say so and suggest one concrete next step\n (different dates, nearby airport, flexible-search tool) — still without date scanning.\n"
