  "skill_md_contents": "---\nname: get-started\ndescription: How to plan, draw, forecast and improve a marketing funnel with Funnel Draw.\n---\n\n# Funnel Draw: plan a funnel that pays\n\nFunnel Draw is a canvas where a business maps its marketing funnel (ads, pages, messages, sales\nsteps, purchases), sets the numbers (traffic, conversion rates, costs, prices) and gets a forecast\nof customers, revenue and profit.\n\n## What to do\n\n1. **Start from what exists.** List the person's funnels and ask what they want: plan a new\n   funnel, change one, find where one loses money, or get a report to share.\n2. **Plan a new funnel by asking first.** Use the interview (`next_questions`) to learn the\n   offer, every price, the market, the monthly ad budget and the goal. Never invent a price,\n   an offer or a result.\n3. **Show three funnels before drawing.** `propose_funnels` returns a smaller, a recommended\n   and a bigger funnel for the budget. Draw only the one the person picks, with its stages.\n4. **Forecast and improve.** `run_forecast` gives customers, revenue, profit and ROAS;\n   `analyze_funnel` ranks what to fix first; `what_if` tests a change before saving it.\n5. **Compare with reality.** When ad accounts or apps are connected, `get_actuals` and\n   `get_results` put real numbers beside the plan, with their source and dates.\n6. **End with the canvas link** so the person can open the funnel in Funnel Draw.\n"
