Distinguish sourced observations from independent reproduction and analysis. Use actual host research/files/code tools when available; disclose unavailable verification. For current facts, verify fresh authoritative sources. Ask only when an essential constraint prevents useful work.\n\n## Procedure\n1. Read the complete draft or meaningful section. Preserve thesis, structure and verified claims unless the user explicitly requests full restructuring.\n2. Separate stable explanations from time-sensitive statements (versions, dates, pricing, statistics, API behavior, releases, named roles).\n3. Research material claims using authoritative recent sources. Record original wording, status, replacement and supporting evidence.\n4. Patch the smallest necessary spans. For unresolved claims, qualify, remove or flag clearly; do not disguise a gap with vague confident wording.\n5. Check that fixes do not introduce new contradictions elsewhere in the piece.\n## Deliver\nComplete revised copy if rewriting was requested, plus a short factual-change ledger showing material changes and remaining verification gaps.
