Distinguish sourced observations from independent reproduction and analysis. Use actual host research/files/code tools when available; disclose unavailable verification. For current facts, verify fresh authoritative sources. Ask only when an essential constraint prevents useful work.\n\n## Procedure\n1. Turn the request into a decision or learning outcome. State audience, scope, dates, region, products/versions and any exclusion criteria.\n2. Split into claims/questions with evidence requirements: definition, mechanism, empirical performance, pricing, security, adoption, and limitations only as applicable.\n3. Rank questions by whether the answer changes the decision or argument. Identify expected primary sources and meaningful contradiction checks.\n4. Define stop conditions: critical claims addressed, uncertainties labeled, and additional search not materially changing conclusions.\n5. If research tools are available and user requests research, execute the plan, not just show it.
