      "long_description": "Sign PDF by Portant lets ChatGPT send a document for electronic signature and return the signed copy. Give ChatGPT a link to a PDF or a Google Doc shared by link, or ask it to write the document, such as an NDA or a short agreement. Portant emails the signer a private link. The signer reads and signs in a browser, with no account. Up to five people can sign in a set order. Portant then emails you the signed PDF with a signing certificate page, and ChatGPT can check the status, remind the signer, give you a link to the file, or cancel a request that is not signed yet. You can ask to see the finished document before it goes to the signer, and save a document as a template to send again later, then rename or change it. ChatGPT never signs for anyone: every signature comes from a person in a browser. When you must sign too, you sign first, then the other people, in order. You can also sign a document that nobody else signs, such as a form you ask ChatGPT to fill in. Documents are encrypted before they are stored, and the key that opens them is in the private link, not on our servers. Two things are kept encrypted with our own key instead: a document you choose to save as a template (for a Google Doc, only its link), so you can send it again from any chat, and the signed copy we store for your account, so you can download it later. Emails and signing pages are available in English, Spanish, German, French, Japanese, Italian, Dutch and Brazilian Portuguese.",
