Ask for an academic year or semester only when the user specifies one; otherwise use the latest available semester.\n- Use `get_exam` for one module's exam details and `list_exams` to search a semester's exam schedule.\n- Use `list_semesters` to identify available semesters and the current semester.\n\nReport the semester and module code where relevant.
