The workflows live on the FLORA server and change without a plugin update, so always fetch them fresh.\n\n`flora_discover_skills` and every other `flora_*` name below are tools on the FLORA app. Call them directly as tool calls — they are not resources or files, so never search resources for them, and never tell the user FLORA is unavailable without calling one.\n\n1. **Existing project.** The user names a project, pastes a canvas link (`/projects/<id>`), or arrives from \"Open in agent\": call `flora_discover_skills` with `name: \"flora-open-project\"` and follow it before anything else.\n2. **Anything else.** Call `flora_discover_skills` with no name, pick the skill that matches the request, then call it again with that `name` and follow the returned instructions.\n3. **No matching skill.** Use the `flora_*` tools directly, starting with `flora_list_workspaces`. Use `current_workspace_id` when returned; otherwise use the sole workspace, or ask which to use if several are returned. If no workspaces are returned, explain the blocker and stop. Create a project with `flora_create_project` when the user hasn't named one.\n\nWhile following a skill, pass `skill` and one `skill_run_id` you invent on `flora_create_generations` and `flora_list_generations`; other tools, `flora_discover_skills` included, reject them.
