Trigger when the person says \"use my brand\", \"set up my brand\", \"match our website\", \"our colors\", \"our logo\", \"find the picture we made last week\", \"use the approved keyframe\", \"name this\", \"tag these\" or gives a website for branded work. Trigger when the person\n says \"use my brand\", \"set up my brand\", \"match our website\", \"our colors\",\n \"our logo\", \"find the picture we made last week\", \"use the approved\n keyframe\", \"name this\", \"tag these\" or gives a website for branded work.\n Saves only values the person confirmed. Uses the MCP tools only.\nlicense: Proprietary. See LICENSE for the terms.\n---\n\n# Brand themes and the library\n\nA **theme** keeps a brand once: its colors, fonts, logos, notes and\nreference pictures. The **library** is every result and upload on the\naccount, the same rows the person sees on visualsandbox.com. Both are free.\n\n## Set up a brand\n\n1. Ask for the website, or for the colors, fonts and logo.\n2. Call `extract_theme` with the website. It reads the site on the server\n and proposes colors with roles, fonts, logos and the site's own\n description. It saves nothing.\n3. Show the proposal to the person before you save it:\n - **In ChatGPT,** call `edit_theme` with the name and the proposal as\n `draft`. The card shows the swatches, fonts and logos. The person fixes\n what is wrong and presses Save. Do not call `update_theme` for it.\n - **Elsewhere,** list the colors (hex and role), the fonts and the logo,\n and ask what to change. Then call `update_theme` with the agreed values.\n4. Never invent a brand value. A value that you guess is a proposal until the\n person agrees to it.\n\n### The theme's shape\n\n- Colors: `hex`, `name`, and a `role`: `primary`, `secondary`, `accent`,\n `bg`, `fg` or `muted`.\n- Fonts: `name`, `source` (`google` or `custom`) and a `role`: `heading`,\n `body`, `mono` or `accent`.\n- Logos: `url`, `name`, `variant` (`light`, `dark`, `mono` or `color`) and\n `has_background`.\n- `notes`: the audience, the tone, the look, and what to do and never do.\n- `images`: reference pictures. The first one is the thumbnail.\n\n`update_theme` replaces each field it is given and keeps the rest. A new\n`colors`, `fonts` or `logos` list replaces the whole list. The first theme on\nan account is its default; `set_default` changes that.\n\n## Apply a theme\n\nBefore any branded image, video, design or HTML render:\n\n1. Call `get_theme` (no name gives the default theme).\n2. Put the look into the prompt in words: the main colors by name and hex,\n the mood from `notes`, and every \"never\" rule.\n3. Pass a logo or a reference picture as a reference image when the model\n takes one. Say in the prompt what to keep from it and what to ignore.\n4. In HTML ([`vsb-html-video`](../vsb-html-video/SKILL.md)) and designs\n ([`vsb-design`](../vsb-design/SKILL.md)), use the hex values and the\n font names exactly.\n\n## Find and name media\n\n- `search_assets` finds results and uploads by words (`query`), `tags`,\n exact `name`, `type` (`image`, `video`, `audio`, `3d`, `vector`, `text`)\n and `source` (`generated` or `uploaded`). Each asset carries a `url` to\n pass to the next run.\n- `update_asset` gives an asset a `name`, `tags` and a `description`. It\n takes the asset's id, its name or its file URL.\n\nHow to name:\n\n- A name is a unique slug: `acme-launch-hero`, `acme-launch-hero-v2`.\n- A derivative keeps the name and adds a suffix: `-cutout`, `-vertical`,\n `-upscaled`. The original stays.\n- Keep tags few and stable: the brand (`acme`), the campaign\n (`launch-2026`), the kind (`logo`, `keyframe`) and the state (`approved`).\n- `tags` replaces the whole list, so send the tags to keep as well.\n\nName a result when the person approves it, so a later chat finds it with\n`search_assets` instead of a new paid run.\n"
