Connect your AB account to work with AB Projects, AB Sales and AB Support in plain language, in the workspaces you are a member of.\n\nAB Projects\n- See your assigned tasks, your schedule, what is due and how a project is going, and search tasks across your projects.\n- Create, update and complete tasks, add comments and log the time you spent. Every change carries a note explaining why, which lands in the project's change log and its Microsoft Teams channel.\n- Add or rename a project's statuses, types and environments when the team asks for one.\n- Read, write and update project documents (wiki pages) and link them to the tasks they support.\n\nAB Sales\n- Review the pipeline, and look up and add leads, customers, opportunities, notes and activities.\n- Organize leads with labels, and see what your won and lost deals have in common.\n- Send a follow-up email to a lead, only after you confirm it.\n\nAB Support\n- List and read tickets and a customer's earlier tickets.\n- See how the desk is doing, and search, read, write and update knowledge base articles.\n- Triage tickets with a recorded reason, and add internal notes the customer never sees.\n- Draft replies for an agent to review. Drafts are never sent to the customer.\n\nThe plugin includes skills for daily standups, weekly reviews, task management, project documents, pipeline reviews, lead intake and lead outreach.\n\nLimitations: you need an AB account, and you sign in with your Microsoft account. AB only sees the projects, sales workspaces and support desks you are a member of, and it cannot delete tasks, projects, documents, leads or tickets. Changes that notify your team post to the Microsoft Teams channel linked to the project or workspace.",
