# Navan

Plan business travel, compare options, manage requested bookings, and review expenses through Navan in your browser.

This OpenAI-maintained plugin requires local browser access in ChatGPT Desktop or desktop Codex. Use desktop-local Work; web, mobile, and cloud-backed tasks are not supported for live account access. It does not install an API/MCP connector, grant new permissions, or replace an existing provider integration. Provide your organization URL or select a signed-in local tab. Complete sign-in and MFA directly in the browser, then ask the assistant to continue. The local browser must be available and permitted by your organization's SSO, VPN, and device policies.

## What to Expect

The assistant verifies the selected account, object, and scope; distinguishes previews and drafts from submitted or published changes; and checks the resulting object after a write. Reviews do not authorize mutations. Purchases, consequential changes, public sharing, permissions, and deliveries require the relevant explicit approval. A role or browser-policy denial remains a denial.

Capabilities depend on your product edition and signed-in role. The skill documents product-specific workflow boundaries and official references. Exports are snapshots, not automatically refreshed connections, and do not inherit source access controls when shared elsewhere.
