Every write tool is disabled by default and only works after you explicitly enable assistant posting/messaging in your Skilcrew cabinet; switching a toggle off stops the assistant instantly. Search and listing tools return only what users chose to publish on their listings (including a contact phone when the owner published one); anonymous candidate listings stay masked with no contacts, resume files are never returned, and account emails or internal identifiers are not exposed in catalog results.",
